JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

PURPOSE OF JOB

    Business Development & Growth, Branch Operations, Customer Service, Process Compliance, Staff Management, Branch Ambience, Branch Profitability

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Target achievement of the branch in various parameters
  • Business Growth, Cross selling of all products and increase in walk-in of the branch.
  • Handling branch team, guide them, train them for best customer services.
  • Maintaining self and team punctuality, discipline, and high level of morality in tune with the ethics & values of the company.
  • Ensure quality of business and operational efficiency through proper process adherence.
  • Prompt follow-up for interest collection, loan repayment. Follow up on auction process.
  • Initiate, organise, coordinate, and participate in marketing and business promotion activities.
  • Efficient maintenance of branch books of accounts, documents and statutory records and upkeep of branch premises and physical Assets.
  • Liaison and coordination with statutory authorities, Landlord, local external agencies.
  • Ensure compliance and adherence to rule of Law.
  • Have thorough knowledge and understanding of various products offered by the company, Operations procedures, Circulars, Company software/ system.
  • Ensure Compliance with the Rules and regulations of the company, Code of Conduct and terms of appointment by self and branch staff.
  • Responsible for discipline of branch staff
  • New Customer Acquisition and Retain present customers.
  • Ensure branch adhere to all policies and guidelines for lead generation as well as business closures.
  • Daily completion and submission of sales reports to the superiors
  • Ensure adequate KYC norms, best practices in Gold Appraisal and risk mitigation for all branch customers.
  • Ensure proper bank transactions, Cash &Gold handling in branch.
  • Build a database of customer leads through references, canvassing and networking.
  • Responsible for Branch records such as files and registers proper and updated with real time entries.
  • Responsible for proper branch upkeep and hygiene.
  • Function as Custodian of the Branch and safeguard the assets, cash, and valuables in the Branch during and after Business hours.
  • Responsible for clearing branch audit queries.
  • Bank reconciliation statement preparation, Gold Stock Verification report
  • Document Pledges, Releases, Repledges, Interest Payment and Special releases like 3rd party, Token Loss, or Death cases.
  • Take necessary approvals/ authorization from AM/ RM as and when required.
  • Ensure that the Branch keeps adequate stock of stationery and housekeeping materials and purchase, whenever required, with the approval from the authorities concerned.  
  • Whistle blow if noticed any act which is harmful to the company.
  • Ensure the safe is properly locked and joint operations of safe at any point of time
  • Ensure cash/gold counter locked and keys are in safe custody of responsible employees
  • At end of business hours, ensure security alarm system armed and working perfectly, do test the same once in every week and ensuring shutter locks are locked properly.
  • Any other assignments given by the senior officials and company.
