The Branch Manager is required to manage the branch effectively and will be responsible for the overall business development & day-to-day operations of the branch. The responsibilities includes:

• Leading the team for marketing activities of the branch
• Business development of gold loan and cross-selling of other products of the company
• Ensuring that the laid down systems and procedures of the company are meticulously implemented and followed
• Ensuring the safety and security of the pledged gold, cash in safe, cash in hand and other properties of the branch

Graduates with good communication skills with at least 5 experience with NBFC’s may apply, preferred candidates with Gold loan experience.
