Roles and Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
Oversee vendor management, procurement, and contract administration for annual maintenance contracts.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to facility administration.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve overall efficiency.
Develop and implement strategies for cost savings through effective resource allocation.
Desired Candidate Profile
4-8 years of experience in Facility Management or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), Property Management, Rent Management, Procurement, Vendor Management, and Facility Administration.
Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.
