These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute the complete rules governing participation in the Indel Money “Dreams of Gold” Lucky Draw Contest (“Contest”) conducted by Indel Money Limited (“IML”, “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Participation is voluntary. By participating, a participant (“Participant”) confirms that he/she has read, understood and accepted these Terms, subject always to applicable law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any right, remedy, liability or obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
1. CONTEST, ORGANISER AND DEFINITIONS
1.1 The Contest is a promotional customer engagement scheme under the name “Indel Money Dreams of Gold”. The Contest is organised by IML through its authorised branches and such other channels as IML may expressly designate.
1.2 “Participant” means an individual who satisfies the eligibility requirements and completes a qualifying transaction during the Contest Period. “Qualifying Transaction” means a fresh transaction/transfer/pledge against gold ornaments recorded in IML’s books and systems during the Contest Period and satisfying the minimum transaction value prescribed in these Terms.
1.3 “Coupon” means the physical or electronic contest entry generated/issued by IML for a Qualifying Transaction. “Prize” means only the prize actually allocated to a verified winner under the final prize schedule applicable to that winner.
2. CONTEST PERIOD
2.1 The Contest commences at 00:00 hours on 15 October 2026 and closes at 23:59 hours on 31 December 2026, unless earlier suspended, extended, modified or withdrawn by IML in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
2.2 The lucky draw is presently scheduled to be conducted between 10 January 2027 and 25 January 2027. The results are presently intended to be announced on or before 31 January 2027. These dates are indicative and may be changed by IML for operational, technical, regulatory, force-majeure or other legitimate reasons, with the revised date/time being communicated through such channels as IML considers appropriate.
3. TERRITORY AND APPLICABILITY
3.1 The Contest is proposed to be available in Maharashtra, Odisha, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana (unified as one state), Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Delhi-NCR (Includes UP and Haryana Branches unified as one state), Tamil Nadu & Puducherry (Unified as One state), Goa, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Punjab and/or any other State/Union Territory in which IML operates and which IML expressly includes in the Contest.
3.2 The Contest applies only to eligible gold-loan transactions undertaken through authorised IML branches/channels within the participating territory during the Contest Period.
4. ELIGIBILITY
The Participant must be an individual aged 18 years or above on the date of the Qualifying Transaction.
The Participant must be an Indian citizen ordinarily resident in India, unless otherwise expressly permitted by applicable law and IML.
The Participant must satisfy IML’s applicable KYC, customer-onboarding, gold-loan and transaction requirements and must not be disqualified under applicable law or these Terms.
The Participant must complete at least one Qualifying Transaction during the Contest Period up to Rupees 1 Lakh granting the Participant one entry into the Contest. Additional entries will be awarded for every complete increment of Rs. 99,999/- in the transaction/loan value.
A renewal in which the loan is renewed for the same or a lower amount shall not constitute a Qualifying Transaction. Any determination of whether a transaction is “fresh” shall be based on IML’s books, records and applicable operational criteria.
Employees of IML, its group/affiliate/associate entities, persons directly involved in administration of the Contest, and their immediate family members/household members shall not participate. IML may require a declaration from a Participant or proposed winner regarding such relationship.
A Participant who is found to have submitted false, misleading, incomplete or forged information, or to have violated any law, IML policy, loan terms or Contest rule, shall be liable for disqualification.
Eligibility is determined only after verification. Merely receiving a coupon, entering a coupon, appearing in any provisional list, or being contacted by IML does not create an unconditional right to a Prize.
5. QUALIFYING TRANSACTION AND COUPON
One valid coupon may be issued for each Qualifying Transaction, subject to IML’s system records and the applicable campaign process. There is no overall cap on the number of Qualifying Transactions a Participant may undertake, but each entry must independently satisfy these Terms.
A coupon must be fully, accurately and legibly completed and deposited in the designated Contest Box at the relevant branch or handed to an authorised IML representative where the transaction is undertaken at the customer’s premises.
Where an electronic entry mechanism is used, the electronic record maintained by IML shall constitute the primary record of the entry, subject to correction of manifest error.
Incomplete, illegible, mutilated, duplicated, altered, forged, damaged, defaced, late, unauthorised or otherwise defective coupons/entries may be rejected without liability to IML.
The Participant is solely responsible for ensuring that the name, mobile number, email address, address and other details supplied are accurate and current. IML shall be entitled to rely on its records and shall not be responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect or outdated information supplied by the Participant.
A coupon/entry is personal to the eligible Participant, is not transferable, cannot be sold or assigned, and has no cash value.
6. VERIFICATION AND DISQUALIFICATION
6.1 IML may, at any stage before or after the draw and before release of a Prize, verify eligibility, transaction records, KYC information, coupon authenticity, contact details, account status and compliance with these Terms. IML may seek originals/copies of identity and address documents, declarations, photographs, bank details or other documents reasonably required for verification.
6.2 IML may disqualify any Participant or selected winner where IML reasonably determines that the person does not satisfy these Terms, has provided false/misleading information, has engaged in fraud, manipulation, multiple/duplicate/unauthorised entries, tampering, collusion or any conduct intended to interfere with the Contest. Such disqualification may occur even after provisional selection and, where legally permissible, after announcement of a winner if the defect is subsequently discovered.
6.3 A disqualified person shall have no right to claim the Prize, compensation or damages solely because the person was initially selected or announced, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. DRAW AND SELECTION OF WINNERS
7.1 Winners shall be selected by random draw from valid eligible entries. IML may conduct the draw at its headquarters or at another venue selected by IML and may use a computerised/randomisation mechanism or other auditable method.
7.2 IML may constitute an internal draw/verification committee and maintain records of the draw. The draw process shall be administered in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. IML’s determination of the validity of an entry shall be subject to applicable law.
7.3 If a selected entry is invalid, ineligible, unverified, unreachable within the prescribed period, or the selected person declines/forfeits the Prize, IML may conduct a fresh/replacement draw or otherwise deal with the unclaimed Prize in accordance with applicable law.
8. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND CLAIM PROCESS
IML may notify selected winners by telephone call, WhatsApp, SMS, email or other registered communication details available in IML’s records.
IML is not obliged to make repeated attempts beyond the reasonable communication process adopted for the Contest. Participants should independently check the winner list/results published through IML’s official website or other authorised communication channels.
A selected winner must respond within 7 calendar days from the date of the first successful/attempted notification, or within such other period specifically stated by IML, and complete the claim/verification formalities within the period communicated by IML.
Failure to respond, failure to furnish required documents, inability to establish identity/eligibility, refusal to accept the Prize subject to these Terms, or failure to complete required formalities within the prescribed time shall constitute forfeiture of the Prize, subject to applicable law.
IML may require Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, Driving Licence or other legally acceptable government-issued identity/address document, subject to applicable data-protection requirements. IML may verify the document through lawful means.
IML shall not ask a winner to disclose OTPs, passwords, PINs or banking credentials for the purpose of claiming a Prize. Participants should report suspected fraudulent communications to IML through its official channels.

11.1 Where a Prize is manufactured or supplied by a third party, the applicable manufacturer/supplier warranty shall govern defects, servicing and after-sales support. IML does not manufacture the Prize and hence shall not be liable for defects, deterioration, non-performance or service issues attributable to the manufacturer/supplier.
12. TAXES, DUTIES AND STATUTORY CHARGES
12.1 All taxes, tax deductions at source, levies, cess, duties, registration charges, insurance, transportation, installation and other statutory/incidental costs arising in connection with a Prize shall be borne by the winner to the extent legally applicable, unless expressly stated otherwise.
12.2 Where IML is required by law to deduct or collect tax before releasing a Prize, the winner shall provide the documents and funds necessary to enable IML to comply. For winnings in kind or partly in kind, applicable tax must be dealt with before release where required by law. The tax position may change during the Contest and the law applicable at the relevant time shall govern.
13. PARTICIPATION IS VOLUNTARY; LOAN TERMS UNAFFECTED
13.1 Participation in the Contest is voluntary and is not a condition for sanction, disbursement, renewal, enhancement, repayment, closure or any other facility or service of IML.
13.2 Contest participation does not alter, waive, reduce or otherwise affect any existing or future loan agreement, security interest, repayment obligation, interest, charges, KYC requirement, auction/release process or other contractual/regulatory requirement applicable to the Participant.
14. PUBLICITY
Subject to applicable law and any consent required, IML may publish the name of a winner, the State/branch and the fact of winning for legitimate Contest-related publicity. Any use of photographs, video, testimonial or other identifiable material beyond what is legally permitted shall be undertaken in accordance with applicable consent and data-protection requirements.
15. DATA PROTECTION AND USE OF INFORMATION
15.1 IML may collect and process Participant information to administer the Contest, verify eligibility, conduct the draw, communicate with Participants/winners, fulfil Prizes, meet legal/regulatory obligations, prevent fraud and maintain records, in accordance with applicable law and IML’s applicable privacy notice.
15.2 Participants should provide only accurate information necessary for Contest administration. IML shall process personal data in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements, including requirements that become applicable during the Contest Period.
15.3 Where a Participant is required to provide consent for processing activity for which separate express consent of the participant/customer is not required.
16. TECHNICAL FAILURE, FRAUD, TAMPERING AND SECURITY
IML shall not be responsible for failure, interruption, delay, loss or corruption of entries or communications caused by events outside its reasonable control, including network failure, telecommunications failure, internet outage, hardware/software failure, server failure, cyberattack, malware, hacking, data corruption, power failure, postal/courier failure or system congestion etc.
IML may suspend, cancel, restart, modify or otherwise protect the integrity of the Contest where there is actual or suspected fraud, tampering, cyberattack, technical malfunction, unauthorised intervention or any circumstance that compromises the fairness or proper administration of the Contest.
Any attempt to manipulate the draw, duplicate or fabricate entries, interfere with Contest systems, impersonate another person, submit false documents or otherwise obtain an unfair advantage may result in immediate disqualification and may be reported to law-enforcement or other authorities where appropriate.
17. MODIFICATION, SUSPENSION, EXTENSION OR WITHDRAWAL
17.1 IML reserves the right, for legitimate business, operational, security, regulatory, legal, force-majeure or other reasonable grounds, to modify, suspend, extend, shorten, postpone or withdraw the Contest, amend these Terms, alter the draw date, change the method of entry, or modify a Prize by an equivalent or substantially similar Prize, subject to applicable law and appropriate communication of material changes.
17.2 No amendment shall retrospectively deprive a winner of a Prize already validly vested and delivered, except where the selection or entitlement was obtained through fraud, misrepresentation, material error or other lawful ground for cancellation.
17.3 IML shall not be required to assign individual reasons to every Participant for an operational change, but material changes shall be communicated through such reasonable channel as IML considers appropriate.
18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE
18.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, participation is at the Participant’s own risk. IML shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss arising solely from participation in the Contest, including loss caused by third-party products, telecommunications failure, travel or incidental expenditure, except to the extent such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
18.2 Subject to mandatory law, IML’s liability in relation to a disputed Prize shall not exceed the actual value of the Prize to which the Participant is lawfully entitled, and IML shall not be liable for any amount beyond that entitlement merely because a Participant incurred an independent expenditure in anticipation of winning.
18.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, nor does it extinguish statutory consumer rights or remedies that are mandatory.
19. PARTICIPANT INDEMNITY
To the extent permitted by law, a Participant shall indemnify and keep indemnified IML, its directors, officers, employees and authorised representatives against losses, claims, costs and expenses arising from the Participant’s fraud, wilful misconduct, breach of these Terms, submission of false information, infringement of another person’s rights, or unlawful conduct in connection with the Contest.
20. CLAIMS, COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE PROCEDURE
20.1 Any Contest-related complaint should be submitted in writing to IML through the official customer-service/registered office/official website channels within 7 days from the date on which the Participant became aware, or ought reasonably to have become aware, of the event giving rise to the complaint. IML may request supporting documents.
20.2 The seven-day period is intended as an administrative mechanism for prompt resolution and shall not be construed to extinguish any statutory right, limitation period or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.
20.3 IML shall review complaints in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms prevents a Participant from approaching a statutory consumer forum, regulator, court or other authority where such remedy is available under mandatory law.

IML shall take reasonable steps, where practicable, to resume or appropriately modify the Contest.
23. GENERAL TERMS
23.1 These Terms, together with the final prize schedule and any officially published Contest-specific addendum, constitute the entire agreement concerning the Contest and supersede inconsistent promotional statements concerning the Contest, except where a later written communication expressly amends these Terms.
23.2 If any provision is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed or read down to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue to operate, subject to applicable law.
23.3 No failure or delay by IML in exercising a right under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right.
23.4. No employee, branch representative, agent or third party has authority to make a representation inconsistent with these Terms unless expressly authorised in writing by IML.
23.5 Headings are for convenience and shall not affect interpretation.
23.6 Words importing one gender include all genders and words in the singular include the plural, where the context permits.

24. OFFICIAL COMMUNICATIONS
Participants should rely only on communications published through IML’s official website, official branch notices, or contact details officially communicated by IML. Participants should not make payments to any person merely because that person claims to be an IML Contest representative. IML may publish the final winner list and relevant Contest updates on its official website.
25. ACCEPTANCE
By submitting a Contest entry, the Participant confirms that the Participant has read and understood these Terms and agrees to be bound by them, together with applicable law and any duly published Contest-specific amendment. If the Participant does not agree to these Terms, the Participant should not submit an entry.
