Job Title: Sales Trainer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Trainer to join our team at Indel Money, a leading NBFC. This role involves designing, delivering, and optimizing sales training programs to enhance the performance of our sales teams across multiple locations. The role requires extensive travel to conduct on-site training, coaching, and performance assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver tailored sales training sessions (product knowledge, sales strategies, Behavioural Training, Compliance Training, customer engagement) across regional offices.
Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to sales staff to improve performance.
Collaborate with Sales and HR teams to identify training needs and track progress.
Travel frequently to conduct training sessions and support regional teams.
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in sales, with 4+ years in a training role (preferably in the NBFC or financial services industry).
Strong presentation, communication, and coaching skills.
Willingness to travel Pan India frequently.
