We are seeking an experienced Training Lead with a strong background in the NBFC Gold Loan sector, field sales training, and training team management. The role will be responsible for leading the training function, developing effective learning solutions, and enhancing employee capability to drive sales productivity, operational efficiency, and business performance.
Lead, manage, and develop a team of trainers to ensure effective execution of training initiatives.
Design, plan, and deliver training programs for field sales teams, branch personnel, and other relevant stakeholders.
Develop and implement structured training calendars aligned with business objectives.
Create and maintain training content, presentations, learning modules, and digital training materials.
Leverage Canva, Adobe applications, and AI-powered tools for content development and learning delivery.
Apply instructional design methodologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) through field visits, business reviews, and performance assessments.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and key performance indicators.
Collaborate with sales and business teams to address capability gaps and improve employee productivity.
Ensure consistency in training delivery, content quality, and implementation of learning.
Minimum 10 years of experience in training and development, preferably within the NBFC Gold Loan industry.
Strong exposure to field sales training and frontline sales capability development.
Proven experience in leading, managing, and mentoring a team of trainers.
Hands-on experience in instructional design and training content development.
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe tools, and other AI-based content creation tools.
Proficiency in multiple languages and willingness to travel as per business requirements.
Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to align training initiatives with business objectives and measurable performance outcomes.
