Role Summary:
Responsible for conducting branch audits and appraising gold pledged for loans, ensuring compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct branch and process audits
Check compliance with RBI norms and internal SOPs
Verify gold loan documents and KYC
Appraise gold for purity, weight, and value
Identify risks, frauds, and process gaps
Prepare audit reports and follow up on closures
Requirements:
Graduate (Commerce/Finance preferred)
2–6 years experience in NBFC/Gold Loan sector
Knowledge of gold appraisal and audit processes
Willing to travel Pan India
