Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional HR position at Indel Money. The Regional HR will be responsible for managing HR functions, overseeing HR policies, administering employee benefits, and personnel management for Andhra Pradesh & Telangana Region.
Regional HR – Delhi
Location: Delhi
Experience: 3+ years in HR management, preferably in NBFC Domain
Languages: Fluency in English, Hindi
Travel: Frequent branch visits across Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for regional branches, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
HR Policies & Employee Benefits Administration: Develop, implement, and review HR policies to ensure alignment with legal requirements and organizational goals.
Statutory Compliance & Labor Law: Ensure adherence to labour laws and industry regulations across all branches.
Employee Engagement & Communication: Foster a positive work environment through regular communication and feedback mechanisms.
Branch Operations & Travel: Conduct frequent visits to regional branches to assess HR operations and address employee concerns.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; MBA preferred.
3+ years of experience in HR management, with a focus on recruitment and compliance.
Strong understanding of HR policies, employee benefits, and labour laws.
Proficiency in using Excel.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluency in English, Hindi.
Willingness to travel frequently across Delhi.
