TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR INDEL MONEY LUCKY DRAW CONTEST

These terms and conditions govern your participation in the Indel Money lucky draw contest (Terms and Conditions), named as Indel Money Gold N Joy for marketing purposes being conducted by Indel Money Limited (IML/Company/we/us/our) through our branches and by proceeding with your registration you hereby acknowledge to have read, understood, and agreed, on an irrevocable basis, to be legally bound by the these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and all other applicable laws and regulations, without any limitation or qualification.

Contest Period

The contest period begins at 00:00 hours on 18th October 2023 and ends at 23:59 hours on 31st December 2023 (Contest Period). The lucky draw will be held between 10^th and 15th January 2024 and the results will be announced on or before 20^th January 2024. The period is subject to change or vary at the sole discretion of the company.

Eligibility Criteria

In order to be eligible for Indel Money lucky draw contest a customer must satisfy the following criteria:

Coverage of the contest is across the states of Maharashtra, Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Delhi NCR, Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry & Kerala or any other state where the company operates its business operations.
The contest is applicable only for the loans availed by customers, against the collateral security of gold ornaments, from Indel Money Limited Branch Offices, situated in the afore-referred States/UTs. If any customer avails more than one such loan, during the contest period, he/she shall be eligible for participation.
Must conduct at least one pledge estimated at a minimum value of Rs.50,000 (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) through any of the Indel Money authorized Branches, operating anywhere in India during the contest period.
Contest entry allows for both new pledges and repledges, while PPL accounts are not considered for eligibility.
Must be above 18 (eighteen) years of age to be eligible.
Must be a resident citizen of India.
must not have any criminal record nor should be a lunatic or of an unsound mind.
must not be an employee of Indel Money Limited and its group companies, its affiliate or associate companies, or the close-knit family of any such employee.
agrees that failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions as set-out hereinunder and any other formalities stipulated by IML during the Contest Period shall disqualify you from participating in Indel Money Lucky Draw contest.

Conditions for Participation

To participate in Indel Money lucky draw contest, it is mandatory that the customer must conduct one pledge estimated at a minimum value of Rs 50,000 (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) through any of the Indel Money Limited authorized branches, operating anywhere in India during the contest period.
Contest entry allows for both new pledges and repledges, while PPL accounts are not considered for eligibility.

A coupon will be handed over by Company staff to capture details of eligible customers which has to be duly filled and dropped in the Contest box kept at the branch or handed over to our executive if transaction undertaken at the premises of the customer. Note that only legible and completed coupons shall be considered for the Contest.
There is no limit on the number of times a customer can pledge to participate in Indel Money lucky draw contest.

Process of Selection of Winners

The winners of Indel Money lucky draw contest will be selected on a random basis by virtue of a lucky draw that will be conducted in a fair and transparent manner.

IML will announce the names of the winners on or before 20^th January 2024 after which we will Call/WhatsApp /SMS/ Email to the registered contact detail of the winners for their confirmation to claim the eligible prize.

Once we receive a confirmation from the winners along with an original identity card/s issued by the Government of India or Identity Cards issued by the respective State Governments (inter alia Voter ID Card, Ration Card, Passport, Aadhar Card, and Driving License) of the winner(s) to confirm the details and address, we shall dispatch the eligible prize upon the earliest availability of the same.

Procurement of the vehicles identified herein shall be made after the winner(s) are determined, and distribution shall be subject to the availability of the vehicles from the manufacturer or dealer.

The images of prizes displayed herein are for illustrative purposes only and do not necessarily represent the actual model in terms of its shape, color, feel or size. The prize awarded will be subject to availability from the manufacturer or dealer, and no guarantees are made as to the specific model that will be awarded.

The final number of Gold Coins subject to number of branches at the time of distribution. One winner will be selected randomly from each branch. The lucky draw will be conducted at the company headquarters.

In the event the winner(s) of a prize fails to respond to the communication sent by IML Limited within a period of 7 (seven) days or are found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions, the winners will be deemed to have forfeited their right to claim the prize(s). The distribution of the Prize(s) not claimed within the stipulated time is /are at the sole discretion of the company.

Any disputes shall be communicated in writing to the Company within 7 (seven) days from the date of lucky draw. Any disputes raking up after 7 days from the date of the lucky draw shall not be entertained. The disputes, if any, shall be settled by the Company at its sole discretion and the decision of the company shall be final & binding on the participant/s.

IML responsibility, therefore, is limited to informing the winners by Call/WhatsApp/ SMS or Email about the prize(s) that has been won by and company is not liable to send any follow-up Call/WhatsApp/SMS or Email to the winners. In case the winner(s) do not receive a call/ WhatsApp /SMS or Email from the company regarding confirmation to claim their prize(s), it is their responsibility to check results published on company’s website www.indelmoney.com and if chosen as winner, inform/ contact IML through the number and/or the e-mail address available on company Website.

The winner(s) shall be responsible for any additional, incidental expenses required to be incurred to avail the winning prize(s). All taxes, insurances, transfers, other incidental and related expenses including but not limited to registration charges as the case may be, unless specifically stated, shall be the sole responsibility of the declared winner.

The participants understand and agree that by merely participating in Indel Money lucky draw contest, the participant does not become eligible to claim the prize(s) and it is necessary for the participant(s) to be selected and announced as a winner by IML to claim the prizes mentioned hereinbelow.

Prize Details

The participants who emerge as winners based on the random lucky draw selection in Indel Money lucky draw contest will be entitled in the following manner to claim the following prize:

02 (two) lucky draw winners will be entitled to Electric Scooter for MRP Rs 1,10,000/- each or equivalent prize;
03 (Three) lucky draw winners will be entitled to a Washing Machine for MRP Rs 25,000/- each or equivalent prize;
10 (Ten) lucky draw winners will be entitled to Mobile Phone for MRP Rs 15,000/- each or equivalent prize;
300 (Three hundred) Gold Coins of 1 gm each limited to one per branch. The winner(s) of the above prize(s) cannot assign or transfer or exchange their respective prize(s).

Limitations of Liability and Release

By participating in Indel Money lucky draw contest, the customer agrees and confirm to release IML from any all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or relating to his/her participation in Indel Money lucky draw contest and waive all rights to claim any punitive, incidental, consequential, and/ or other damages.

IML is not responsible for the quality of the goods distributed as a prize(s) as these goods are not manufactured by IML, and IML will further not be liable for any damage or defect in such goods.

The income tax, gift tax or any other statutory tax liability that arises in connection with the prize(s) and is applicable from time to time will be solely borne by the winner(s) of the respective prize(s).

No responsibility or liability whatsoever is assumed by IML for any technical problems or technical malfunction or due to any other reasons arising in connection with any of the following occurrences which may affect the operation of Indel Money lucky draw contest

Hardware or software errors;
Faulty computer, cable, satellite, network, electronic, Internet connectivity or other online or network communication problems;
Errors or limitations of any internet service providers, servers, hosts, or other providers;
Garbled, jumbled, or faulty data transmissions;
Lost, late, delayed, or intercepted transmissions;
Unauthorized human or non-human intervention of the operation of Indel Money lucky draw contest, including without limitation, unauthorized tampering, hacking, theft, virus, bugs, or worms; or due to any other reasons.
Destruction of any aspect of Indel Money lucky draw contest, or loss, miscount, misdirection, inaccessibility, or unavailability of the contact number etc., used in connection with Indel Money lucky draw contest.

Our Rights

IML’s decision regarding the transactions under Indel Money lucky draw contest will be final and binding on all participants. IML also reserve the right to extend or discontinue Indel Money lucky draw contest or to cancel, change, amend or modify these Terms and Conditions including but not limited to the eligibility criteria, the participation, selection, and duration clauses, at any time during the Contest Period, at IML sole discretion, as may be required in view of any business exigency(ies), or any statutory or regulatory changes and all such changes and amendments shall be binding on the participants.

The winners and/ or their legal heirs shall not have any rights/ claims against IML in addition to the prizes they are entitled to.

The company is within its absolute right to withdraw the contest at any point of time without any prior notice or assigning any reason whatsoever.

Force Majeure

Indel Money lucky draw contest is subject to any force majeure circumstances i.e. any event directly or indirectly resulting from any acts of God including but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, or other natural disasters, an act of any sovereign including but not limited to war, rebellion, military or usurped power or confiscation, destruction or damage to property, riots, terrorist attacks, lockdowns, lockouts by or under the order of any government or imposition of government law, judgment, order or decree, sanction, embargo or similar action, blockade, or labour dispute, epidemic, pandemics, accidents, strikes, explosions, or other similar or different contingencies which are beyond the control of IML which cannot reasonably be forecasted or provided against, and cannot be predicted by men of ordinary prudence. In case of any such force majeure conditions, no liability in whatsoever manner can be attributed to IML.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the courts in Kochi, Kerala shall have the jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute arising out of these Terms and Conditions.
