JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
∙Perform meticulous file maintenance and accurate data entry into the HRMS.
∙Assist and coordinate various HR-related activities to ensure smooth
departmental operations.
∙Demonstrate proficiency in systems and possess strong knowledge of MS
Excel.
∙Utilize excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
∙Handling the orientation of new employees
∙Handling and managing data/records of each employee of the organization
∙Send birthday greetings, work anniversary, Welcome mail of new Joiners.
∙onboarding of new employees.
∙Coordinating with vendors for timely issue of Employee ID cards
∙Handle all the duties assigned by the HR Manager/Head
QUALIFICATION
∙Hold a qualification of BBA or BCOM.
