·         New Customer Acquisition and Retain present customers

·         Ensure branch adhere to all policies and guidelines for lead generation as well as business closures

·         Daily completion and submission of sales reports to the superiors

·         Ensure adequate KYC norms ,  best practices in Gold Appraisal and risk mitigation for all branch customers

·         Ensure proper bank transactions ,  Cash &Gold  handling in branch

·         Build a database of customer leads through references, canvassing  and networking

·         Responsible for  Branch records such as files and registers proper and updated with real time entries.

·         Responsible for  proper branch upkeep and hygiene 

·         Function as Custodian of the Branch and safeguard the assets, Cash and valuables in the Branch during and after the Business hours.
