JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Title : Branch Manager/ABM

Location: Kerala

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage branch operations, ensuring efficient gold loan processing and customer service.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues related to gold loans, NBFC products, and other financial services.
Develop strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business success.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-8 years of experience in branch handling or management in an NBFC or similar industry.
Strong understanding of Gold Loan operations, including documentation processes and risk assessment techniques.
Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
Ability to analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in sales performance.
Oversee sales performance of the branch, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
