JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Title: Chief Manager – Liability Sourcing

Experience: 5+ Years
Location: Kerala
Industry Background: Ex-Banker / NBFC / Insurance
Minimum Qualification: Graduate (any specialization)

Key Responsibilities:

Source and mobilize Deposits, NCDs, and Debentures
Drive business growth through client acquisition and partner development
Offer tailored investment solutions based on client needs
Ensure full compliance with internal policies and regulatory norms
Lead and mentor a team (if applicable), ensuring target achievement

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, or Insurance
Strong knowledge of liability products, NCDs, debentures, and investments
Proven ability in high-value client sourcing and relationship management
Excellent communication, leadership, and client service skills
Graduate in any discipline (Postgraduate/MBA is a plus)
