JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


Key Responsibilities:

Greeting and welcoming clients, customers and visitors courteously and professionally.

Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff member/department.

Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Taking care of general everyday tasks like scheduling appointments, organising files and maintaining
office supplies.

Preferred skills and qualifications

1–2 years of experience in a similar job
Proficiency in using computers and other office equipment.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with multitasking ability.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word and MS Excel).
Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi
Female candidates only will be Preferred
